AirWeight for Bluetooth Scales 3.5

AirWeight is a tool that connects to compatible Bluetooth scales like Xiaomi Mi Scale and SANITAS SBF70 to provide real-time weight readings, calculate body mass index and body fat percentage, and store measurements in the Health app.

AirWeight is compatible with macOS, iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and tvOS.

Key Features:

• AirWeight can record weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, and lean body mass data in the Health app with HealthKit support available on iOS and watchOS.
• Calculation of body fat percentage and lean body mass is specifically supported on scales equipped with bio-impedance sensors like the Xiaomi Mi Composition Scale and Xiaomi Mi Composition Scale 2.
• To calculate the body mass index, body fat percentage, and lean body mass, AirWeight requires permission to access height, biological sex, and birthdate data from the Health app.
• It provides an optional iCloud sync feature for storing past readings so that they can be accessed on non-HealthKit supported devices like Mac or Apple TV. Enabling this feature within the app settings of each device is necessary. One device with HealthKit support is mandatory for data propagation to other devices.
• AirWeight offers a variety of widgets including graph and launcher widgets of different sizes that can be integrated into the home screen, lock screen (iOS/iPadOS), notification center (macOS), or watch-face (watchOS).

Privacy Assurance:

• AirWeight follows a Privacy by Design approach by operating entirely on-device without storing or transmitting any data beyond the secure app sandbox.
